is a coffee shop inspired by the charm and vibrancy of Italy’s outdoor piazzas, designed to bring the outdoor café experience indoors. Set in a converted industrial warehouse, the café recreates the feel of an authentic Italian square, complete with small balconies, open windows, and basalt stone flooring.

About COCO

Italian piazza* come to life indoors. Imagine stepping into a space where cobblestone paths, sun-soaked balconies, and bustling market stalls surround you. *Coco* is designed to recreate the outdoor squares of Italy, where people gather to enjoy the simple pleasures of life-good coffee, fresh pastries, and friendly conversation. But here’s the twist: it’s all indoors, bringing that beloved outdoor experience to life no matter the season.

Building the concept

We chose the name “COCo” to capture the warmth and emotional connection of family, inspired by the movie Coco.

This resonates deeply, creating a café experience that’s more than just coffee-it’s about memories and shared moments. In Dubai, Coco will become a must-visit, offering an Instagram-worthy Italian courtyard vibe with interactive touches like the self-service affogato window. The unique ambiance, seasonal offerings, and merchandise will drive buzz, social sharing, and customer loyalty, ensuring both success and profitability.

Seasonal offerings, including special drinks and treats inspired by global culinary trends, will keep the menu fresh and exciting. These limited-time items will not only create a sense of anticipation but will also encourage customers to share their experiences on social media, building organic buzz and excitement around the café.

Additionally, our curated merchandise will be available for guests to take home, serving as a tangible connection to the COCo experience and strengthening customer loyalty.
